The Services are strictly available only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. 10wan does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age.
10wan reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to permitting deposits, withdrawals, or the redemption of Bonuses. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by 10wan may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending Bonus credits.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and access. Users residing in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction are not eligible to register or to use any Services. 10wan assumes no liability for Users who access the Platform in breach of their local applicable laws.
Age Restriction: 10wan strictly enforces the 21+ requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all Wagers will be voided, and Funds (net of any Bonuses) will be returned to the verified payment method of the minor's parent or guardian. 10wan cooperates fully with regulatory authorities on underage gaming investigations.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on 10wan. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonuses held therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain that information throughout the life of your Account. Registration details must match the name on your verified payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, or card) used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies identified during KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. 10wan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep login details secure. You agree not to share your Account with any third party or permit any third party to use your Account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an Account or of any credits, Funds, or Bonuses held therein to another party is prohibited.
10wan currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in a particular payment method's terms. 10wan reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. Players in higher VIP tiers may be eligible for elevated limits as communicated through their Account dashboard.
10wan operates a same-source withdrawal policy as a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent or largest deposit. 10wan may request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where required for compliance purposes.
10wan targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. These targets are not guarantees; processing may take longer where additional verification is required or where third-party payment processors experience delays beyond 10wan's control.
All gaming activity on 10wan is conducted in PKR. In the event a User deposits using a non-PKR method, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 10wan is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or for third-party conversion fees charged by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
Each game category on the Platform — including cricket sportsbook, live dealer tables (Blackjack MH, baccarat, roulette), slot machines, and Star Fishing — is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
Once a Wager is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. Confirmed Wagers are final and binding. 10wan reserves the right to void Wagers placed due to obvious technical errors, data feed errors, or in circumstances where a clear pricing error has occurred that a reasonable player would recognize as erroneous.
Cricket and other sports markets are settled in accordance with official results from recognized governing bodies (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council). 10wan reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation and to void markets where matches are abandoned, suspended, or where results are subject to formal investigation.
In the event of a technical fault, server error, or other system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 10wan reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and return Stakes to the User's Account. 10wan shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from system malfunctions.
All Bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers issued by 10wan are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. These include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (playthrough multipliers), eligible games, time limits, maximum withdrawal caps on Bonus-derived winnings, and minimum odds restrictions on sports bets.
Exploitation of Bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage across accounts, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract Bonus value without genuine gaming activity constitutes Bonus abuse. 10wan reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend Accounts where Bonus abuse is detected.
10wan reserves the right to modify or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Wagers already accepted under the promotion's existing terms will be honoured. Changes will be communicated through the Platform's promotions page.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10wan Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds where applicable:
All content on the 10wan Platform — including but not limited to the 10wan name and logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, data, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 10wan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 10wan. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10wan's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of Funds deposited by the User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall 10wan be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 10wan has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 10wan does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times.
Gambling Risk: All gaming and betting involves financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose all Funds deposited. 10wan is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.

10wan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it believes a User has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false information, or where required to do so by any regulatory, licensing, or law enforcement authority.
Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, 10wan reserves the right to void all outstanding Wagers and Bonus credits. Real-money Funds (net of any fraudulently obtained amounts) held in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of pending Bonus wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Accounts subject to ongoing self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 10wan Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting 10wan's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including relevant Account information, game records, and transaction identifiers. 10wan will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within thirty (30) days.
If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in 10wan's operating license. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from 10wan support upon request. The decision of the applicable dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
10wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting User rights, payment terms, or eligibility conditions — 10wan will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on your Account. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users who do not accept an amendment should close their Account prior to the effective date by contacting [email protected]. In such cases, real-money Funds will be returned to the verified payment method following Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 10wan's operating gaming license jurisdiction. To the extent permitted under those laws, you irrevocably agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified by 10wan's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 10wan's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms, including unauthorized use of intellectual property or fraudulent Account activity.
